How do credits work?Updated a month ago

If you have credits associated with your account, you will see a "Credits balance" area displayed on your customer portal main homepage, in the tab 'Next order'. This contains a toggle option to choose whether you wish to apply these to your next order. Your credit balance is also visible under 'Credits'.

In order to view your credits, you must be logged into your account in order for these to be visible. 

In addition, if you order a new product, you will be given the option to use your store credits towards your order at checkout.
