Can I return a subscription?Updated 4 months ago

If you intended to cancel a subscription before it was sent out, or have changed your mind please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

The product must be returned to us unopened and in the condition as supplied to you, please re-pack it with care using all of the original packaging or a suitable alternative. You are responsible for the return package and all associated posting costs.

The product needs to be received by us within 28 days of receipt of the package by you. We do advise that you use a signed for and tracking service in case the parcel fails to reach us for whatever reason.
