We'll send you a "Your order is on the way" email when your item ships which includes your tracking code and a link to track your order. You can also find this in your account, click the 'Track shipment' link under your order details.
If the tracking link shows that your item has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check if your parcel has been left in your chosen safe place, with a neighbour or returned to your local sorting office.
