At checkout, in order to apply your credits, you must be logged into your account. 

Upon logging in you will see the option to use your store credits towards your order. 

Below your order item summary, a message will appear confirming your credit balance and offer the option to apply these credits to your order. You will then see your credit amount deducted from your order total.
